Stiffen was talking to his friend Mr Thomas ....
Then he gaze at carol " Mr Thomas meet my daughter carol ...and carol he is Erick Mr Thomas son ..."
Carol smile and said " hello uncle,auntie " politely ... she give a little nod to Erick ...
" Hello carol nice to meet you " Erick said.... ..well carol felt a little uncomfortable under his gaze she glance at him ...
He do look handsome and all but not like Markus he is more lively then Erick she doesn't know why but she felt scared ...
" Let's dinner first otherwise the food will get cold " Mandy ...said and everyone nodded ....
Today Mandy had a trick and she had a full plane to ruined this meeting but the one who is going to ruin it will be Carol ...
After dinner Mandy order some servent to bring an old expensive wine ....for them ....

They all sit in living room ....Erick and carol sit a little far from everyone so that they can talk to each other .....
" So what do you do like I have heard from father that you have you own medicine lab " he said ...his eyes were on her ...
" Yes I do have I like to work upon herb's and some experiments .." her interest in medicines was due to her powers ...
" What else is your hobbies like what are your likes and dislikes.." Erick asked again ..
" Hm I don't have much I'm not picky " carol reply...." You are looking beautiful in this dress" Erick said carol forced a smile ...
" Do you like someone or do you have a boyfriend " Erick asked he was hoping that she don't ...but carol just said " I don't have a boyfriend but not sure If I like someone " when she said that she clearly thought about Markus ....
Erick smiled and said " so you mean you like me or not " .... Carol looked at this guy with disbelief look but she replied calmly " no I don't like you for me you are a complete stranger sorry I don't want to offend you but that's true" ...
" So your rejecting me you will regret it latter leave him if you want him to stay safe" Erick said while his gripe on the glass tightened...

Mandy mixed something in the wine and said to give it to carol ....the servent came with wine glass ...he handed it to her ...
Carol refuse to take but when she thought about her father will get angry again at her if she make fuse here ..so took it but after hearing Erick words she was so angry that she gulps whole glass of wine not lefting a single drop ...she felt that she drink some soure medicine or something similar .... She never liked such things in her entire life ... But today she want against her principles... ..
She didn't give much to what he said she pick up her phone and dialled Markus number well she had only few numbers in her phone
The ball was ringing and in a few seconds he pick up her phone " hello miss me already" Markus teased.. and to carol surprise her phone was on the loud mode so everyone in the room had listen to it ..." Oh come and pick me up I'm sending you the location" she said ...and she cut the call...
Stiffen looked at his daughter calmly ...." Dad I'm sorry but I have a boyfriend and he is going to pick me up from here ... " She pause .
" I hope you understand my decision " ....she said
Stiffen stand up walk to her " it's okay I want meet him also wait then ..." He Patted her head ....carol was feeling dizzy she knew that she won't be able to stop the affect of the drink she knew when she gulp it down she instantly knew that something was worng but she has to conceal it until Markus came here ....but she can't exposed him that she belongs to this place .....so said ...
" Dad he is a human he doesn't know anything about us not I even told him I need sometime " carol said and it was true stiffen understand what she meant so he nodded ...
" Thank you dad " carol said with a smile " then I will take my leave take care dad " she said and left ....
Stiffen looked at his friend apologized for what happened ...." It okay kids now a days have their own choices " Mr Thomas said stiffen nodded and Mandy plan was crashed ....
Solomon was carless but what he saw today he thought may be his dad is up to some and he wick him out he didn't bring any glory to this family ... He envy carol he looked displeased... Erick who was sitting there all the time he had a wicked smile on his face ...
" You can not escape from me" Erick thought " you rejected me for a human it wouldn't be much difficult to kill him and clear his way "
But one thing he didn't know that Markus is not simple human .....

Carol got to the location what she send to Markus it was a near shopping mall from the mention....so she walked over there she stopped at the entrance of the mall her eyes getting blurry she was swinging a little here and a little there her feet's were not at the same place ....
She sit at on a rock and hold her head ...

Markus just came in time he parked his car at parking area and got off his car .." where is she " he looked at the location and then walk towards the entrance and then he saw a girl sitting on a rock holding her head with both of her hands ...
Markus Frown and tilted his head to his shock it's carol ....he walk up to her slowly ...but then he saw carol suddenly looked up at the sky and pointed at it but then her point fingers suddenly dropped in his direction ... " Is she drunk but it's impossible for her to get drunk at shopping mall " he thought ....but then he got alert because she stand up and walk towards him but couldn't balanced her self and tripped...he run there with fast steps and catch her in time before she bump her head on the ground ....
Sighed " wow hold on what happened " he looked at her and asked .... Carol looked at him and she is smiling like crazy ...a teeth smile but what is more captivating is her red cheeks
"mArKuS hiccups YoU ArE HeRe hAhA " she said in a complete and 100% drunk way
