There was no sound or anything to indicate that it was morning but Sapphire just knew that it was, there was no way she wasn't able to sleep through the night.
She was just so tired when they were and could only feel the way he took care of her in her sub consciousness, till now it was not clear in her mind, she just hoped that she didn't say anything to embarrass her further.
Time would never stop and she would never have reason to wish it did because she knew that no matter whatever the time is, she would be able to relive any moment she wants because she knows that Alexander is going nowhere.
She just laid there, thoughtless, nothing came to her mind and it was eternal bliss, she just wanted to remain here, in his arms.
After a while, she decided to raise her head and look at his face but flinched when she saw that he was already staring at her.
'Uhm… Good morning?" She greeted but it was more of a question, it could be afternoon but not that she cared.
'Good Afternoon, sweetheart," he said in an even voice and she blushed slightly, it was really afternoon.
'How long have you been awake?" she asked.
'A couple of hours," he replied nonchalantly and her eyes widened in surprise.
"What?!"
'What?"
'And you just laid there, why?"
'You were not awake, how do you know that I didn't get up from the bed?" He asked with a raised brow and she nodded her head.
'I was asleep but there is no way, you stood from the bed and came back to lie down and even if you did that, there is no way I would roll over and lay my head on your chest again," she argued.
'Okay, you are right," he told her and she stared at him triumphantly. 'I never got the chance to stand because you were hugging me to yourself since I woke up and the more I tried to leave, the tighter you held on."
'No way," She said.
'Even till now, you are still hugging and you still want to argue?" He asked with a smirk and she looked down to see that he is right, she is really hugging him tightly.
'Okay, I give up, but aren't you supposed to be a cold billionaire who says a few words? Why do you love arguing with me?"
'It is bickering, not arguing, I don't think I would ever have the heart to argue with you," He said, raising his hand to put her hair behind her ears. 'You look beautiful," he told her and she scoffed while her cheeks remained tinted with blood.
'That was totally off beat and random, you are supposed to be a billionaire who calculates all his words."
'Those are for billionaires who are not henpecked husbands, as for me, I have no words," He told her and she chuckled.
'Why the hell do you sound so similar to both Andrew and Andrea when they meet someone they like, did you get all the bad traits from them?" Sapphire asked and Alexander nodded, a smile on his lips. 'I never knew you have dimples."
'Don't worry, you are not the only one who never knew that I have this impeccable trait, there are a whole lot of people who don't."
'You sound so damn narcissistic right now, is that supposed to make me feel better?" She asked, the smile still not leaving her lips.
'But don't worry, you would be the one to see it most now, I promise," He said, another smile on his lips and Sapphire couldn't stop the happy laughter that rumbled from within her.
"You sure know how to get a lady swoon, Mr. Antonio," Sapphire said.
'Say that again," He said and she paused.
'You sure know…" She trailed off when he shook his head in disagreement.
'No, not that," he corrected her.
'Mister Antonio?" She asked and he groaned with an exasperated expression.
'That sounded so sexy coming from you," he told her and she blushed once again.
'Shut up Alexander," She scolded him, trying to stand up but he held her and he raised a brow at her in mock surprise.
'I thought that we are passed that by now, but I understand that my names get you excited, you did a lot of screaming last night, most of it was my name, if we had a neighbor, they would be banging on our door, but then it would be none of my concern because I told ya to lower voice," He told her and she had the ‘are you serious look on her face'.
'I am not going to be dealing with this, I am off to the bathroom," she said and escaped his grasp before he tried to tighten it.
'Should I follow you?"
'Hell no!" She yelled and he chuckled at her behavior, she stood up so fast and got away from the bed, she forgot that she was still nude and the duvet was the only thing covering her nakedness, but she only realized that after she had let go of the duvet.
'Wow, I love this view, are you sure you are not trying to tempt me?" He asked and she rolled her eyes in exasperation before she paused and smirked mischievously, two can play the game.
If this is the mood her man is today, then she can definitely match it.
She faced him with a small but seductive smile and started walking towards him, she got to the bed and crawled towards him, she stopped in front of him and lowered her body to rest on his, her face inches away from his which made their lips dangerously close to his other.
'Does this not remind you of last night, how about a recap," She murmured against his lips, her flesh coming into contact with his, she bit her lips while staring into his eyes that was becoming clouded with lust. 'I would like it and promise you would love it too," she told him before taking his lips in hers and kissing him hard on the lips, both of their tongues rolling against each other and her hand trailing a straight line along his abs, running over her hand over the skin tentatively.
They were breathless but none of them tried to break the contact, the breathlessness was adding to the stimulating hotness they felt.
Her hands skimmed along his v line and just as she was about to touch his dick, she stopped her movement and jumped off his body like it burned her, she dashed towards the bathroom and slammed it shut before he could make out a response.
'What the hell?!" He said Sapphire started laughing in the bathroom, the situation was very funny to her and even though the situation was not in his favor since his member was still hard, he could feel the humor in her actions.
He shook his head at her cute behavior with a small smile on his lips, the sound of her laughter is enough to dissolve any kind of irritation he felt.
