'You went to Arielle and Felix, Luci! How can I possibly be calm? They are the worst combination, if it had been really Luci at that place last night. I guarantee that you would not make it out of the place in a piece," Sapphire reminded her.
' I know and I am sorry, that's why I had Zayn follow me, she would be there if anything went wrong." Luci said and pointed to Zayn who just looked away, she scoffed at the wimp, he just betrayed her.
'But you could have lost your life before he did that."
'I am sorry, Sapphire."
'Sorry doesn't cut it out in this kind of situation."
'I know that you are pissed but you can't do this forever, I agree that I am wrong, Alexander can you please tell her to stop getting angry at me? I promise not to do that again." Luci said she had turned to Alexander who had glasses perched over his nose and was doing something on his laptop. He must have decided to work from home.
'She was really scared last night, from the moment she knew that you were taken, she couldn't sit still, she was on the verge of breakdown when you entered with Zayn. You should have at least picked up your phone when she called." Alexander said and Luci exhaled, she wanted to say that Alexander only supported Sapphire because she is his wife but she knew deep down that they were right. They were on a roller-coaster of bad news, another shouldn't join the queue.
'Yeah, I am sorry, I was wrong, I shouldn't have done that. At least without telling you about it." Luci said, apologetically and Sapphire rolled her eyes at her friend.
'It is about time you realized that." Sapphire said Luci jumped to her when she spotted a small smile on her lips, she hugged her tightly, and it was obvious that the fight was over. She glanced at Zayn who was smiling at them and glared at him which made the man look somewhere else, Alexander just shook his head and turned to his laptop.
'I see that your dramatic fight is over now," Claire said from the top of the stairs.
'Yes, no thanks to you." Luci said to her and Claire shrugged.
'After the number of years I spend with you, I know that I shouldn't interfere when you are fighting, when you make up, both of you would turn on me. The only reason you are not yelling at Alexander is because you don't have the guts." Claire said with a small smile.
'You…" Luci said and glanced at Alexander who wasn't paying any attention to them, Claire poke out her tongue at her. 'I will get back to you right now." She raced up the stairs to meet her sister.
Sapphire's phone rang and it was a restricted number, she picked it up and placed it on her ear tentatively.
'Hello." She said,
'Sapphire, this is Jessica," she heard and removed her phone to stare at it in surprise. She wondered if she had dialed the wrong number but she placed the call on speaker.
'And why on earth would you call me Ms. Jessica?" Sapphire said and that drew the attention of everyone present in the room. 'As far as I am concerned, I don't have Amy with me because that is the only thing that can make you call me," Sapphire continued. Luci and Claire had rushed to Sapphire's side in order to listen to whatever the woman had to say.
'You are right on that one. Amy is the only reason why I can call you and it is precisely because of her that I am making this call to you. Sapphire, I really need to see you, I am assuring right at this moment that I mean no harm, I am not selling you Arielle or Heather. I just desperately need your help," Jessica said and they could all hear the desperation she felt drip on her words, the woman was terrified. 'I couldn't think of anyone else, Sapphire. Arielle decided that she would do something bad to Amy, she would probably kidnap her or kill her. I need you guys to help me. You can choose the location to meet if that eases up your mind, all I know is that I don't have much time, I want to keep her away from them as much as possible."
'Does Heather know about this?"
'Of course, she does. She is Arielle's confidant. They had been friends since middle school, I am the stranger and third wheel, one that has a weakness at that. Sapphire, please text me the address."
'Alright." She said and disconnected the call.
'Should I go?" She asked, she stared at all of them waiting for an answer.
'Of course, you have to go," Luci said.
'We aren't monsters, we can't let an innocent child get stuck in their grudges, she didn't ask to be born by Jessica," Alexander said, turning back to his laptop.
'I would have some men follow you." Zayn added.
'I would inform everyone." Claire said.
'Then it is decided."

'I talked to all those you have business and dealings with but none of them wanted to help you, some even have some people track me down and sent curses to me." Kelvin said and Melissa slammed her fist on the table.
'Those assholes! They sucked up to me when I was still there but now what? They don't want to have anything with you anymore, in case you are not getting this straight, I would do you a favor as your friend and spell it out to you. You. Have. Reached. The. Rock. Bottom." Kelvin said and Melissa hit her leg on the chair, she was looking messier, she finally started to look like a prisoner. 'The only people that can save you are Sapphire and those around her, if Sapphire Aldine says that you are going to rot in prison, you better prepare yourself never to have that freedom that was once limitless."
'Don't you think that you are being a bit too harsh?"
'Harsh? Harsh my foot! You dare call me harsh? You didn't even listen to me when I said that they would get you if you tried to hire a hitman, this harshness, this harsh reality is what you truly need." Kelvin said and stood up. 'I would keep looking for ways to get you out of here but I am not telling you to count on me." He said and stood up, he walked away from Melissa's view. Melissa stood up and a cop started leading to her cell but all of a sudden she felt something hit her on the back of her head, she stared at the cop beside her with an arched brow, she tried to turn to look at the person that hit her on the back of her neck but her eyes rolled to the back of her neck and she fall to the ground unconscious.

Felix heard the sound of someone entering the cell he was in but didn't bothered to turn look at the person, he was still livid that the person he was trying to walk with had set her up this hard and he had foolishly walked into the trap like an idiot, he was racking up his brain for what he should do to get out of the place he was trapped in.
'Should you at least sit properly to welcome your niece?" He heard behind him and that made him sit up fast, he turned to look at Arielle who was dressed in the normal getup that the women from that Startling nonsense wear.
'Don't tell me…" he trailed off.
'You are right uncle. I am Startling Lightning. I heard that you said that it sounded like it came straight out of an Anime. Thank you. Why don't we sit down and have a good discussion like adults, without the glare and hatred?" Arielle said and chuckled in amusement. 'I have to give Luci an Oscar for that line, don't you think?" She said and giggled, holding an ice hockey stick, the same thing he used to kill her father.
He scoffed in irritation.
